The logo of Promise is inspired by the combination of the lion and the sun. The "lion" represents strength and toughness, and the "sun" represents warmth. The two P-shaped letters facing each other inside the logo have the following meanings:

• Personal Promise means
the business policy of the company that provides personal loans.
• Partner Promise means
the performance and service with the commitment to be a good partner of the customer.

Mascot

"RoRo" (RoRo), the friendly lion mascot, is ready to help everyone grow steadily. The image is a leader, fast, trustworthy, and even though it looks intimidating, but in reality, it is a kind, warm lion who likes to help others, and is also full of knowledge, so it can always advise on finances to important customers of Promise personal loans. In addition, it is friendly, ready to give encouragement, and walks together with everyone.

We, Promise (Thailand), have been in business since October 2005, and have always been committed to developing our services to meet the various financial needs of Thai people in their daily lives with an emphasis on convenience and speed as our main priorities.

With this concept, in 2022, we launched a loan approval service within 1 hour and in 2023 launched an application which will increase the convenience of both loan applications and transactions for our members.

Promise (Thailand) has SMBC Consumer Finance, which has been in the consumer finance business in Japan for over 60 years, as its parent company, and we have applied that model and expertise to our business in Thailand to make us a company that customers can trust and use for their services forever.

In 2025, Promise (Thailand) will celebrate its 20th anniversary in business. We have grown to this day with the support of our customers, partners, and all stakeholders.

As a personal finance company, we will continue to strive to be a company that customers can trust for their needs. We will also continue to work towards solving social issues and be an essential partner for everyone working in Thailand.

Promise Services

Promise is a personal loan provider offering revolving credit via cash or bank transfer. Once repaid, the credit limit becomes available for use again (subject to lending conditions and company approval). We operate under the supervision of the Bank of Thailand (BOT).
Promise Personal Loan offers approval within 1 hour* with just two documents: your ID card and payslip. Interest rates range from 15%-25% per annum. You can apply through our branches, website, or mobile application, with no collateral or guarantor required.
