Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning/Support: Assist in or lead the development of strategic planning, management frameworks, and KPI analysis.
- Operational Management: Coordinate with senior management to execute departmental objectives and ensure alignment with overarching business goals.
- Administrative and Support: Facilitate team productivity through documentation and provide professional translation and interpretation for cross-functional communication.
- Process Optimization & Business Improvement: Identifying operational bottlenecks and lead specialized projects to improve departmental or group-wide efficiency and productivity.
About the Corporate Planning Department (Planning & Administration Group)
- Strategic Development: Designing and implementing comprehensive business strategies to drive organizational growth and achieve long-term objectives.
- Financial & Budgetary Control: Overseeing budget management, monitoring cash flow, and implementing financial adjustments to ensure the company remains on track to meet its fiscal targets.
- Asset & Resource Management: Managing the lifecycle of physical assets and equipment to optimize operational efficiency.
- Governance & Workflow Optimization: Reviewing and updating company policies to ensure seamless alignment with operational workflows and parent company mandates. This includes the continuous maintenance and optimization of internal systems to reflect current policy changes.
- Market Intelligence & Analysis: Conducting in-depth market research and competitive analysis to provide actionable insights on customer behavior and industry trends for strategic decision-making.
- Corporate Governance: Facilitating high-level governance by managing Shareholder Meetings, Board of Directors (BOD) Meetings, and executive management committees.
- Aged not over 35 years.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Professional fluency with JLPT N1 certification.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Foundational knowledge of Project Management and Accounting principles is highly desirable.
- A genuine passion for Business Development and Strategic Management.
- Ability to process complex information and provide logical solutions (Analytical Thinking).
- A strong commitment to upholding corporate philosophy and a mindset aligned with the company's core values.
